Meet Andriana

From daycare at Terry’s Day Nursery on 17th Ave and Flagler, to First Communion at a Chapel in Little Havana, spending summers at the Hispanic Branch Library, completing high school volunteer hours, filming a movie in the heart of Calle Ocho with her abuela “Avi”, and to now building a career as a Community and Business Leader, City of Miami’s District 3 is at the heart and core of Andriana Oliva.

Her first volunteer experience at the young age of eight with Special Olympics of Miami-Dade, mixed with a natural-born leader attitude, has fueled Andriana’s life commitment and passion to serve, lead, connect, and elevate those around her as a friend, small business owner, philanthropist, and community advocate.

As the daughter of Cuban immigrants, raised by a single mother and grandmother, Andriana knows firsthand the value of hard work, determination, and perseverance. At times, her mom worked three jobs, with her grandmother supporting by working and helping raise her.

Over the last 6 years, Andriana has built her business, The AO Insight Group, LLC, on the foundation of working with local non-profits, community initiatives, small businesses and educational institutions, helping tell the stories of so many in need in our communities. Through the philanthropic side of her business, Andriana has provided countless hours of in-kind services to nonprofits for fundraising efforts, volunteered, made hygiene kits for the homeless, and most recently helped raise thousands of dollars for COVID relief efforts. Her industry knowledge, reputation, credibility and professionalism have made her a go-to business in her industry.

A proud member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce (GMCC), Andriana recently had the honor of serving as Leadership Miami’s 42 Chair, the largest and most prestigious leadership program in South Florida. Through and despite a pandemic, in six months her class completed over 9,000 volunteer hours, raising over $400,000 in cash and in-kind gifts for several communities and populations in Greater Miami. It’s truly one of her proudest accomplishments to date, mentoring new leaders and providing opportunities, all while giving back. Andriana also serves on the GMCC Board of Directors, and is a United Way of Miami-Dade Small Business United Member.

By actively investing time in speaking with people one-on-one, Andriana thrives as being a resource, connector and solutions provider. A true Miamian, she is fortunate to play a role in creating positive impacts in and around the Magic City, her home.

Desde la guardería en Terry’s Day Nursery en la 17 Avenida y Flagler, hasta la Primera Comunión en una Capilla en La Pequeña Habana, pasando los veranos en la Biblioteca Sucursal Hispana, completando horas de voluntariado, grabando una película en el corazón de Calle Ocho con su abuela “Avi ”, y ahora construyendo una carrera como Líder Comunitario, el Distrito 3 de la Ciudad de Miami es Andriana Oliva.

Su primera experiencia como voluntaria a la temprana edad de ocho años con las Olimpiadas Especiales de Miami-Dade, combinada con una actitud de líder natural, ha sostenido el compromiso de vida y la pasión de Andriana por servir, liderar, conectar y elevar a quienes la rodean como amiga, propietaria de una pequeña empresa, filántropa y defensora de la comunidad.

Como hija de inmigrantes cubanos, criada por una madre soltera y su abuela, Andriana conoce de primera mano el valor del trabajo duro, la determinación y la perseverancia. A veces, su madre tenía tres trabajos, con su abuela apoyando, trabajando y ayudando a cuidarla.
